Rail Transport

SJ: The national railways company connects city centres and sub-regional central places with remarkably high speed efficiency.
Regional Trains : There are some regional public transports companies, in each region respectively, such as Skanetrafiken at Skane and Vasttrafik at Vastra Gotaland.

Long-Distance Buses: Some companies, such as Flixbus and Vy Buss, allow travel between a number of cities and airports.
Local Buses: Each county has its own local bus system, and is the other possibility for reaching locations not served by trains.

Trams and Subways

Stockholm: The only metro system in Sweden is the Stockholm Metro (T-bana) with an impressive network of underground trains, commuter trains, and buses.
Gothenburg: The tramway system has a total track of 190 km.

Ferry Routes: There are numerous ferry routes within the country connecting one place to another especially for journeys into and out of the islands and coastal areas.

Air Travel

Domestic Flights: Internal flights that cover the majority of the major towns, for instance, there are Arlanda in Stockholm and Landvetter in Gothenburg.
International Flights: Major international airports within the country include Arlanda and Goteborg Landvetter.

Bike Riding: In majority towns and cities in Sweden, there are bike lanes while some cities offer bike rentals.
Rental Cars: For greater mobility, car rental services can be availed, while Sweden uses the right-hand system of driving.
